ADVERTISED SELECTION
The advertised selection approach is used where the client wishes to attract as wide an audience as possible. This can be done in one of two ways; either under their own brand to gain a higher profile in the marketplace or under the Armstrong Recruitment logo to maintain anonymity. We can advertise through the media or on the internet, on our various jobs boards.
If media advertising is preferred from the initial brief on the position, we will formulate text, graphics, size, layout and media for publication gaining full client approval before going to print.
We compile, acknowledge and qualify the response and then interview suitable candidates.
From our interview process, the most suitable candidates will be short-listed and recommended to meet our client. We will arrange and manage this process, normally to take place at the clients premises or, alternatively, at a confidential location if required.
To conclude the process, we will assist in making an offer to the chosen candidate and the negotiation of these terms. We can also help in obtaining suitable references.
